Why Futurity?
The Futurity Fellowship is for those ready to take the next steps in their leadership in the education sector. We are looking for fellows who are eager to grow in their leadership mindsets, self-motivated to drive their development, and prepared to vulnerably share about their leadership journey. Many skills-based trainings exist, but rarely do fellowships provide a focus on the adaptive skills & mindsets required to lead at the executive level. The Futurity Fellowship aims to provide just that.
Our program components are anchored in deep expertise from our founders, facilitators, and coaches. The program founders, Michael Ambriz and Chrissy Burgess, bring over three decades of experience in operations leadership, and have engaged an experienced team of facilitators and coaches who are eager to share their lessons, ideas, and reflections with you.
